Travis Scott inaugurates the first pitch at his newly opened Cacti Park Baseball Stadium.
Travis Scott’s versatility extends well beyond just his music. While his studio albums like RODEO, ASTROWORLD, and UTOPIA remain one of fan favorites, his influence goes all across into fashion with frequent and regular merch releases and collaborations connected to new music. Last year, he went into film production with the release of CIRCUS MAXIMUS alongside UTOPIA. Now, he’s making a more direct entry into the world of sports.
The debut coincided with the opening of his brand newly unveiled baseball field called Cacti Park, located in West Palm Beach. This facility not only functions as a training ground but also plays host to Spring training games. Travis Scott himself attended the match during the weekend between the Astros team and the Nationals. But, his presence in the game went beyond being a mere spectator he had the honor of throwing the first pitch in the stadium, named after his own personal brand. Videos capturing the pitch circulated online, and while it is not be flawless, it stands out far from the weaker attempts seen from other celebrities in the past.
